  1. I forgot to mention that the La Scala speakers are/were about 40" cubes. yes, 40 inches!!! - Chaz
  2. Thanks Justin. I seemed to have misplaced my original reciept. These speakers are still under warranty so I have to find the damn thing. I will not pay for something twice. You seem to be a fan of the Klipsch products so I will relate to you a demonstration which I saw about 25 years ago (man, does that ever sound strange. you will know what I'm talking about in 20 years) . Anyway, back to the story. It was a demo of the La Scala model speakers. A sales rep connected a La Scala speaker to a hand held transistor radio. I mean this radio was small (appx. 4" x 6") and powered by a nine volt battery... a pocket radio. You had to be there but I can tell you that sound came out of the speaker. Unbelievable efficiency. Just thought you'd appreciate this. regards, Chaz
  3. Textc> Oops, I posted the following in "pro-audio" and it should have gone here: Promedia 4.1 wonderful speakers and I recommend them constantly to everyone, However, I am experiencing a scratchy potentiometer in the Main Volume. Should I just take the Main Pod back to the dealer for service? Or is there an at-home solution. Other than this problem, the speakers perform excepionally well. They are less than one year old and this problem has been slowly increasing for the past five months. thanks and regards, - Chaz Now, after finding this topic and reading the posts, I should take the main pod back to the dealer before the warranty expires. They are not the 4.1's but the v-somethings. Is this the thing to do? thanks again, MJ This message has been edited by monsterjesus on 09-09-2001 at 09:37 PM
