This will be the master bedroom at the far end. Beautiful view of the alley. Seriously. There is a wonderful 1890s building there where a resident has a patio called "Alley Katz" where downtown residents hang out at night and listen to Louis Armstrong and such. With two county, two city, states, and Federal police headquarters a block away this are is about as crime free as anywhere one can be in this country.1 point -
