  1. I own a pro media 2.1 but I am now considering the ifi, any suggestions? I do not own an ipod and I do not plan to purchase one, Is there a noticieable difference between the 2.1 pro media and the ifi? Thanks
  2. What crossover goes in the LaScala? Can I use type B-3? Are they the same?
  3. Thanks for the replys Where can I purchase a new pair of woofers for the LaScala's. I have searched the used market, but is it worth it to repair a woofer for $60-$75 or purchase new.
  4. I have owned a pair of LaScala cabints for over ten years, I do not have any of the original componets (Cabs only). My uncle used them with his classic rock band through out the 1970's into the early 1990's. The cabinets are black and are road worn, the bottoms of the cabinets have considerable wear , the rest of the cabinet appears ok considering the road time. Would these be ok to use as a small PA system for DJ use? Where do I start? Can I use any other speaker then the original, or would I only be wasting my time, or degrading the Klispch cabinet. My uncle was killed in a motorcycle accident several years ago, so these are kind of sentemental. Thanks for any help Michael
  5. Thanks for all of the reply's. I am looking forward to starting my new project and I cannot wait to hear these cabinets play. I have never heard a pair of these in use. Mike
  6. This is my first post I have a pair of La Scala cabinets(no speakers) I owned these cabines for over 8 years. I purchased them without the componets for $40.00 I did not realize how popular these cabinets are. I purchased them because I liked the way that the horn looked. Like I said I do not have any of the original componets no horn, tweeter or the 15" speaker. Until a couple of weeks ago I did not know that people were restoring these cabinets. I was gonna throw them away before I found this site. Can anyone direct me to the proper place to find replacement parts. Thanks for any help
