don't for get the JSU VTF-2 is only 499 and it is said to be awesome. it is the same size as a regular 10-12" cube box sub. I have the KSW-12 and it work wonderfully. For only about 350-400 it is hard to beat.

best buy currently has a package deal with the synergy series and Yamaha... that is what I have now.
