Home Depot carries a full line of connectors and wall plates including gold plated binding posts.

I have been reading whatever I can on this since I will be moving into new home in November. One thing that seems to be consistant is moving the couch away from the wall so the rear speakers have "more effect". I have actually changed my TV choice because of this. Getting the Hitachi LCD because it's 16.6" depth gives me another foot from the couch. I still don't know wheter to get another pair of SS1's for the rear surrounds (to match the side surrounds)or get bookshelves. Seems like people are divided on what is best in here.

WIth the system below (and hopefully adding Denon 2900) what would be my best bet for rear surrounds to go to 7.1? Thanks David

I have the following Klipsch speakers I would like to use for a 7.1 system powered by an h/k avr7200: Mains: KSF10.5 Sub: KSW12 Center: KSW-C5 Surrounds: SS1 Are these adequate? What would be a good choice for the rear surrounds? Thanks David

Can you make a recommendation for a good pair of direct surrounds for the rears given my other speakers?

I want to add rear surrounds to my system listed below. The dealer here has a pair of SS1s if I want to keep the same as the surrounds. Should I go for these or should I get something newer/better? I am looking for good movie as well as music sound. Thanks David

OK, purchased the h/h avr7200. Had a real good review in The Perfect Vision and looked like prices for this reciever were going up. One Call had it for 1050 yesterday and today ia 1779! I will wait and see if the Denon 2900 goes on sale in next couple of months. Thanks guys

I hope to purchase a new reciever (thinking of h/k avr7200 or 525) and want to get new dvd player. But I want great music audio too. Seems like the Denon 2900 would take care of video and dvd-a but not sacd. Should I foget the 2900 and look for something else to play dvd video? 2900 is pricey. Would really appreciate some direction from you that have experience with good HDTV and advanced audio formats. Thanks David

I have had the 10.5 for three years and love them. Have SS1 surrounds and KSF-C5 Center. want to get rear surrounds and upgrade to 7.1 reciever. Looking at h/k 525 or 7200. Not sure if 7200 worth extra $$$

Thanks for your help guys. From reading up on recievers, it seems like harman/kardon fits my needs the best for a combination home-cinema/music system. The choice now is between the 525 and the 7200. Is the 7200 worth the price difference? Circuit City has the 525 for $799. Thanks again David

I have the following Klipsch speakers: Subwoofer KSW12 Main KSF 10.5 Surround SS1 Room size 17'x18' I would like to get a 7.1 reciever to replace my Sony and two rear surrounds to go with the above speakes. Can someone give me recommendations for reciever and speakers? I mainly am looking for rerat home theater but would like great music also. Thanks David
