i can get the quintets with an rw8 sub for 600 or get the rsx4s, rcx4 and rw8 sub for 800. will i notice that much of a difference between the two? i want to use them for movies and music, not just movies. thanks

i am getting the quintets for a small living room. my ? is, could i use the sb1 or sb2 bookshelf speakers as the mains? and, could i actually place these type of speakers be placed on the floor??? will it ruin the sound quality?

i am getting the ref. sats because my new house has a smaller family room. i am looking to sell these speakers and receiver asap and willing to negotiate! sony es 555 receiver = $325 klipsch sf 2 towers = $325 klipsch sc 1 center = $125 klipsch ksw 10 sub = $150 i would trully love to package these all together and will do all for $850. let me know asap.

i know the almighty bose co. has that 3-2-1 system where you get the surround sound from only 3 speakers. i think a company called Niro has something similar. i was wondering if there are similar companies that have these types of systems. my parents want to add surround sound, but do not want to pay more than a few hundred. i know bose and that niro co. run about 600 to 1000 for their respective systems. any info. would be great!

i am not sure of the difference between the regular sony receivers vs. the es line. is the es that much better?

i want to add 2 quintet speakers as the rear surrounds. any places or dealers that will sell just two of these speakers, and not the whole quintet package?

i posted last week about the sf2, sc1, and ksw10 speakers i am selling. they are in excellent condition, about a year old, and are only being sold so i can purchase the new reference satellites. i will take half price or possibly less on all of these speakers. i also have a sony 555es receiver, which i am only selling because i got a new one as a gift and i have no room or need for two receivers. help a klipsch fanatic out please!!! thanks!!!

i am selling my sf2, sc1, and ksw 10 speakers ONLY because i want to get the ref. sats. and i need the money from my old speakers to put towards the refs. i will take any reasonable offers. have all boxes and used only for one year. or if anyone knows any store that does trade ins or something.

i am going to get a sony 34 inch widescreen, but i am confused about the two models of 34 inche tvs sony offers. the one model is the xbr model and is about 500 bucks more. what is the diffence in 34 inch models? what does the xbr offer that the other one does not? do the xbr's have a built in hd tuner? thanks!

i am thinking of getting sf 2 or the synergy bookshelf speakers. my biggest concern is the stability of the speakers on carpet (i have young kids) would the towers or the bookshelfs (on stands) hold up better and be more stable??? or where else could i put the bookshelfs, can i put them to the side of my tv and back against the wall??? any help is greatly appreciated! thanks!

i have sf2's and will be putting carpet in my family room. my ? is: how do i keep these speakers from swaying if my children should bump into them, or worse if they knock them over?!?!?! when they were on hardwood they were fine, but on thicker carpet i fear them falling on my children or just breaking. does klipsch or anyone make a special stand/base for these speakers? thanks a ton!
