I just got my CP-1 and I like it. I just broke my original Pre-Amp so I desperately needed a replacement. The little extra features are great, especially the headphone jack and the audio in. What Blue LED are you talking about? My new CP-1 only has the original Green light, and then it turns to Red when you turn off the speakers. I have noticed a improvement in sound quality to. Overall, I am happy with the new CP-1 Pre-Amp, if I didn't absolutely NEED one, I probably would have not upgraded. Is it worth it to spend $50 on it if you don't Absolutely need it, No, you wont notice it that much. I am in the market to buy a notebook/laptop computer. I am very unfamiliar with laptops and need some good advice on them. Here are the Specs of the system that I am looking at; 600 Mhz Pentuim3, 64-128mb mem, 6.0+ Hard Drive, Active Matrix Screen(A Must) 13"-14", DVD Drive, Mouse Pad-No Eraserhead control. My price range is up to $2200.00. I was looking at a Sony Vaio. How are these system compared to others? What are some things to look for in a Notebook system? How does tha Sony compare to other brands? What are some other good brands? Hoe are the HP Omnibooks? I am looking to buy a laptop/notebook, call them what you will, My specs for the system are; P3 500-600 Mhz,6.0+ HD, 13"=14" ACTIVE matrix screen(a MUST), 64-128MB Mem, DVD Drive, Mouse Pad(no eraserhead control).Price Range-no higher than $2200.00 I was looking at a Sony Vaio Model # PCG-F540 for $2199, that included the above specs with a P3 600, 64mb, 6.0HD, & DVD drive. How are the Sony notebooks? What are some other good, top line notebooks? How are the HP Omnibooks? What about Compaq? I know-Compaq, but how are their notebooks? All help on this is greatly appreciated. Yes, I must say that those Greenlee Electrical punches are great, especially the hydrolic ones as pictrure above.I have a set that goes from 1/2" to 4 1/2" I use them all of the time on the job, I do alot of Electrical work, I'm a refrigeration tech/electrician. Those aren't cheap, I'll vouch for that!!! How many fans are you putting in your case? I wish that I had the extra time to do it myself, but i don't, so I'm just going to get the Tornado 2000 case with the fans already put in, unless, someone can suggest a better full tower case with the same amount, or greater amount of cooling already installed. ------------------ Beeker25 ------------------------ Let the BASS Kick!!!
