  1. Must be new, working, not Valve Art, $100 or so. Also looking for a single Valve Art 300B tube.
  2. Does the email function work? I sent you one through the forum. Shoot me a note!
  3. Have this table with manual, original box; doesn't run. Just pay the shipping and it's yours.
  4. How much would it cost to do one of the popular overhauls on a vintage bone stock Dynaco ST-70, parts and labor? Thanks!
  5. Is this from Grateful Dead's "Europe '72"?
  6. Well, I just couldn't take it any more, so wife and I took 3dzapper's [aka Rick's] lovely bride to lunch, and I plucked out a nice home-brewed 300B-based amp from his collection while the man is away hunting Bambys some place cold. Man oh man, this combo sounds AMAZING! This is the best sound I've heard in my house, period. Blueberry Extreme is simply the best preamp and the best phono section I've had the privilege of listening to. I can gush more, but enough for now, time to go spin some LPs.[]
  7. I've had my cat since she could fit on the palm of my hand. She's now big and strong. Some months ago she killed a wild rabbit and dragged the carcas home. To show me how tasty it was she ate its rear legs and gave the rest to me. Sometimes I think we're more like room-mates; of course I have no clue what the cat thinks. She's my best friend. Best of luck to you!
  8. I just did that and it sounds like s#$%t. No surprise there. Buy a Stereo amp or a pair of Mono amps and sell the 299. What tube amps do you suggest in $1000 range [used]? I better hit 3dzapper's house for some mono-blocks while he's away on a hunting expedition. Needless to say I am pretty disappointed that I can't listen to my new Blueberry....
  9. Where do I plug in the interconnects from the Main Out on the Blueberry to the Scott 299? [:^)]
  10. Wow, another Rhodie! Are we a a Klipsch State or what! Sure, come down any time. Email or PM me, if you wish.
  11. I have no problem paying retail, but first I wanted to see whether a board member had one they wanted to part with and as it turns out it was the case! Congratulate me, I'm a new member of the BlueBerry club and will be obtaining the Cream option in a short while. The countdown to catching the box from a Fedex truck begins! Now that'll be a youtube moment!
  12. Every time I visit 3dzapper's home for a meal that him and his lovely wife make for me out of pity, I cannot help but notice how much better his stereo sounds. Methinks it's mainly due to the awesome power of his preamp, incl. the phono stage. I got the Juicy Music fever and the only prescription is a shot of Blueberry with all the trimmings. If anyone is selling theirs please keep me in mind. K-Horns Scott 299B Nott Spacedeck
  13. So are certain privileges I enjoy in the house. At this point it's either the Brociner or my semi-restored cars. Empress Wife I rules with a gold-plated billy club.
  14. Got the fuses, got the blues, got the jazz, mo more buzz. Francesco Petrarca
  15. Gentlemen, I have just upped the ante. The cabinet is free for the taking [literally - come and take it]. If you do feel the need to thank me, a bottle of spirits would suffice. This is truly an exceptional opportunity to acquire a piece of American craftsmanship. Red, White and Blau plywood, baby!
  16. Funny you mention Stephens. This Brociner also had the Stephens Tru-Sonic P52 woofer. I wonder how I should advertise the horn driver and the horn on eBay, since there seemingly are no markings on either... Would you advise selling them together or separately?
  17. Anyone interested in this? Otherwise I might be tempted to chop it up and eat it.
  18. Captain, I'm in 02816 zip code. Thanks for looking into the origin of this horn and driver. I want to put them on eBay.
  19. I also would like to know the manufacturer and specs of the horn driver. Any info would help. Thanks!
