It's interesting that all of you have your speakers above the listening level. Usually speakers are placed so that the tweets are at ear level while listening...but surrounds must not be that sensitive to placement. Could it be that the surround material allows a lot of latitude.? I would think using a cornwall on the floor would be fine since the tweet and horn is fairly high in the cabinet...but the Heresy would need to be raised as you fellows have done.

I want to use Cornwalls or Heresy for rear surround. Because of their size, I'm uncertain about the best placement. I understand some of you are using them for rear effects...how do you arrange them.? Wondering about height, angles, and direction. thanks...dw

A multisource selector. Are those common...?

That would work...but my amps and speakers are in cabinets and aren't very accessable.

I have 2 amps that I want to connect to my single pair of Cornwalls. I have been told that I can use a speaker selecter box, wired in reverse, to connect the 2 amps to the speakers. I will use only 1 amp at a time. Can this be done or is there a better way.?
