  2. Yup, she's is kewl! (However, I picked out the system for her.) Actually, I'll be listing all of her components on eBay shortly. I'm moving in with her and my system will replace hers.

  3. Here's an update - Just talked to mom and she says they are Cornwalls. I thought she had Belles. I'll get over there in the next day or two to check for sure. I can tell you this- they are walnut, in perfect working condition and just had the front grill recovered.

Serial numbers are 8507741 and 8507742. Give that, if they were made in 1985 then they should be Cornwall IIs.

I'll have pictures in a day or two. Can I post the picture on the forum?

  4. I have a pair of the original Belle Klipsch speakers. I want to sell them.
(Don't worry, I still have my Klipschorns!) They are in perfect working order, and the grills have just been recovered.
Does anyone have an idea what a fair price would be?? I would appreciate any of
your input. I want to list them on eBay. Thanks.

  5. Hi Jon-

My mom will be selling her speakers very soon. I don't remember if they

are La Scalas or Belles. Although she loves the sound, at this

point in her life she is looking to "downsize" her speakers. I

will post a picture as soon as I get over to her house. The grilles

have been recently recovered. They are in great condition. I'll keep

you or anyone else who may be interested informed.

    Thanks.

    Pamela

  6. I agree with some others that say to wait for a month before you leave negative feedback or file a claim with eBay. Have you tried just sending the seller an email asking what happened? I've been selling/buying stuff on eBay since 2000 and I have only been stiffed once, and that was from a non-paying buyer. Contact is only my first option to try. It could be as simple as eBay system problems or your seller's computer. Be patient. 9.gif
