exactly why i bought the m-audio external soundcard because the apple headphone jack is horrible. The sound is much better using the external sound card, much easier to listen to. Deff worth the money.

So far with just having hooked up my ifi's to the m-audio sonica theater, they sound much better compared to my apple powerbooks headphone out. Currently i have the m-audio set to 24bit 96khz but there are tons of other setting i can adjust like speaker placement in feet, crossover point(40hz-120hz), 2.1, etc... Now they also have pre-set settings for the klipsch 2.1, 4.1 and 5.1. Would using the klipsch 2.1 presetting be beneficial or should i just manually adjust the settings? and if so what settings should i have them at to get the best sound out of the ifi's? thanks everyone deff worth the money.

That sounds like a pretty good idea vox. How did you get such a great deal on your rsx-5?

Hmm.....Well then do you guys think its worth paying 210 for a pair of rsx-4's or 275 for rsx-5? Or should i just save my money and build a custom stereo later on?

How much of a difference is there if i upgraded and bought a pair of rsx-4 instead of the rsx-3 i have now? Althought im lovin the sound now, i wouldt mind an even better sound. What do you guys thing? thanks in advance

Fed Ex sucks!! I still have not recieved my ifi's. Im dieing here!! Klipsch also made a mistake and put my school add down as a home add instead of buisness!!! I hope i get them tomorrow.

Well it turns out I wont be getting them until monday afternoon :-( Just to save me some hassel, im going to head over to RadioShack, what is the exact name of the battery in the remote? O and amy, will klipsch release an ifi speaker wire upgrade, or are the promedia 2.1 monster cables compatible? Thanks a bunch amy

Thanks for offering to help amy but i called klipsch this morning and found out the warehouse is having problems sending out the emails but it shipped out the same day i placed the order and its suppose to arrive tomorrow!! I cant wait. Its going to suck if I have to go out and buy a battery for the remote though. Hey amy how are the return rates of the ifi's?? Are there any know problems I should look out for? I placed an order, as some of you know, at 1am oct 18th. That means its been in processing for 3 days, and they still have not shipped. I was hoping to get them for the weekend but i guess not. Amy, Are they in backorder? How long does klipsch normally take to process ifi orders, and when can i expect to get them shipped out? i will be anxiously awaiting there arrival.

Hey Meuge I was wondering what your thoughts were on the RF-10 floor stands were? Thier about the same price as the bookshelfs and I like that fact that I wouldnt have to buy stands with these. How does the sound compare to the RB-25? Are thier any other advantages of having floor stand vs. Bookshelf? Thanks man
