My birthday is the 27th of June and my parents already are getting me a hk 430 plus speakers. I have the opp. to buy kg4's for $200 or heresy's, havent found any yet but...which is better. Kg4 or heresy I or II. I mostly listen to classic rock with turntable and cd player sharing equal time as sources. I dont want to have a speaker that has no bass at all. Tight and fast but still feelable.

My parents are going to buy me speakers for my b-day under $400 and I want heresy's. Please if you see them in southern california. I would like them. Like I said my b-day is june 27th and im turning 15. They already are getting me hk 430 and I cant wait to get my first pair of klipsch speakers. I have the audiophile bug bad.

The amp isn't as important as the pre-amp, for sound, and the choice is subjective

pardon me, but, i have a new jolida combo amp, klipsch heresy I's, im buying forte's this summer, and I'm using my dad's tube tt which he bought in the 70's which is worth alot more than $100, just because im young doesnt mean i can't have/respect nice things. And if you think so that just shows your stupidity...no offence, i love this fourm and its people, everyone is really nice and full of knowledge

First of I want to kill the person who said "50 cent" I hate rap, and how am i too young to enjoy good music i.e. frank sanatra. However I do enjoy listening to ac/dc...but no pot...sry

All I can say is omg, there is a huge differance between lp's and cd's, my frank sanatra cd will never sound as good again. Why have i been in the dark most of my life.

go for the kg4's you can get them for $200 a pair, good bass for your so called "music". Common man, im 14 and I listen to free, supertramp, etc.

Is it good for a tube preamp, I curently have a ss harman/kardon signature 1.5 rated at 200 wpc, awesome amp, will it work with this amp well

haha, yeah but "daddy said, " no son, your too spoiled one is enough, now go clean your room." So suriously guys could i have a comparison. I know it is mostly personal but what are the pro's and con's of each. Anyone owned both?
