if someone already has a schematic for the din plug could they send it to me please..(which color wire to which pin)

i dont really want to wire direct, but cant seem to get a wiring schematic for the din plug (what color to which pin)

would it be possible to bypass the din plug and solder the wires from the female plug directly to the male plug?
