It seems that years ago Roger's Organs would sell some of their organs with a single LaScala speaker. It would have an amp connected and a tweeter and midrange control attached to the crossover. Well I happened to get two of these. Type AA crossover. Had the crossover redone with sonicaps. Sounds a lot better but hardly in bass. I really don't want to open up the speaker to look at the woofer. Does anyone know if the same woofer was used in these La Scalas as the normal La Scalas?

If I don't like the rf7's does this mean I won't like Klipschorn? I went to a dealer today to hear the rf7's. They sounded good, but not what I wanted. Is this the same sound that khorns have? I'll never have a chance to hear Khorns before buying. I am going to go give the rf7's another try. Right now I have jbl l100t3 which sound great but lack a little sharpness in the upper midrange.

I'm not the seller, but I thought about buying them and have exchanged emails with the seller. But reading all the posts in here about how you need a subwoofer with the La Salas, maybe it would be worth waiting on some Khorns to show up somewhere. Which raises another question, would a good subwoofer with the La Salas sound as good a Khorns?
