So, I was riding my bike home the other day and rode by a house where the people had moved out that day. There was a bunch of stuff out on the lawn that they did not want to take with them and all the neighbors were combing through it. I joined them, and found a pair of 5.5's, jammed home, got the car, came back and loaded them up. Well, the cabinets are in pretty bad shape (the wood panels have pulled apart in places), but, they sound really great. Not bad for a pair of rescues!

I have a bunch of Klipsch in-ceiling speakers and one of them has always had a strange problem. For a while, I thought the tweeter did not work, but have since discovered that if I turn up the volume to a healthy, loud level, it will start working. Then, I can turn down the volume again and it will keep working for the duration of the time I want to listen to music in that room. Anyone know why this happens, and how to fix it?
