I am about to install my C-7 above the pull down projector screen of my home theater and was wondering if the threaded holes on the speaker's nominal "bottom" could be used as overhead attachement points? I guess that this is really a two-part question because I need to confirm that the speaker has no acoustic "top" or "bottom" as well as finding out if the threaded holes are engineered with enough strength to hold up the speaker without pulling out of the cabinet. Thanks.

I am building out my dedicated home theater and have settled on KLF-30 Lf and Rf, KLF-C7 in center, but see that this very site suggests RS-3s for the surrounds instead of KSP-S6s. Can anyone tell me why that is? It would seem that ordinarily one would want commond driver components to offer better timber matching. What am I missing? Thanks.
