Noah, Yes it is. For clarification, I sold the center awhile back to Noah and had to refund his money-- twice. We had a death to a very close family freind that was rather unexpected. We had some unexpected issues arise that took me away from being able to sell. Had to refund the payment. Noah was very kind and patient through the process. My apologies Noah-you are a good man. The RC-3II is currently listed on A-gon and is for sale!!
