The V3 motion capture feature should be enabled automatically.

Strange. I use to have a P2-300 Mhz, 96 MB RAM, V3 3500 TV, and Creative 8X DVD-ROM. It ran perfectly. The V3 has motion capture technology built-in to make DVD play back play smoothly. Hmmmm...maybe your DVD-ROM is too slow?
