  1. After washing, ready to be cut into grilling - serving sizes...
  2. The tuna about to be hand washed in cool water....
  3. In this photo, the tuna is still freshly wrapped by our fish monger at Whole Foods market []
  4. Sour cream (vegetarian) and chives are ready to mix up and sit for a while...
  5. Onto some fresh organic herbs.......Thyme and chives chopped and ready to go...
  6. Here are a couple of salads I put together.......baby greens and organic tomatoes and sweet orange bell pepper.... That was covered and put aside as the LAST course of the evening...
  7. Good Sunday evening fellow foodies! Tonight, I decided to try my hand once again at grilled Tuna steaks... But, lets start with the veggies prep... Here we have some sweet vidalia onion, organic zucinni.... All done out doors on the deck under bright halogen spotlighting...
  8. .........and for the 'afters', a fine Italian hazelnut biscotti and taking a break from the vino for a moment, some Starbuck's French roast.. Thats it for the moment, there are more dinners in the stockpile waiting to go on display for you fellow foodies.. Get cookin' and taking photos, lets see what you got. ALWAYS try to include your plated dish ! .......Gary
  9. Here is a closeup of my plate complete with the TexMex black bean veggie burg, topped with fresh organic broad leaf parsley........ []
  10. All have been roasted now and ready to go to the warmed plates.

  12. All now placed on the tray.... 400 degrees grilling temp.
  13. Setting the aspargus on first... (just look at that fresh garlic!)
  14. In this picture, I set the brand new stainless veggie grilling tray onto the grill .......here we GO [Y] !
  15. Here then, brought outdoors and grillside, the fresh red sweet peppers and vidallia onion slices coated in an all natural BBQ sauce. The fresh asparagus has been incorporated with 6 cloves of fresh garlic which I grated with a 'Micro Plane' cheese grater, GRAPE SEED oil and sea salt...
  16. Good evening everyone! Its spring and the grill has been cleaned and ready for a summer of outdoor kitchen cooking and grilling! Tonight, I decided to put together a simple veggie dish together, while the veggie burgs cook inside in the counter top oven... Here then are the ingredients and the stars of this dish!
  17. Boxx, this looks great as always, and yes, photos of the plated dish next time.........[] Thanks for adding these, bet it was a great tasting fish, especially the 'roasted' corn ! I have a few dinner photos to add myself... .........more from me SOON.......... .....Gary

  19. Thanks for your compliments Boxx.............Here we are, again using those over sized plates........but, yes, you are correct, the are very much worth the trouble of washing by hand. When Chris and I head down south to visit my dad, we will stop in that store and pick up two more of these plates, which will be in a different colour of course [] The wine for that pasta dish was VERY good and I hope you get it in your next wine club shippment ! Meanwhile, hope you enjoyed tonight's dinner photos AND white wine selection which was most excellent [] .......Gary

  22. Ok, it is SUNDAY May 5th and I decided to compose from scatch another VEGAN Swedish dish... So, without all the prep and cooking photos, here are the end results... This showing the setting for which I decided to use the same pasta dishes as last night seen in last night's pasta dinner...
