These speakers look like they have been rode hard and put up wet. Seriously this guy should remove the drivers and horns and burn the enclosures.

Thanks for the recomendations Jim. My 80's music knowledge is not the greatest but I thought Duran Duran and Depech Mode was more pop than anything granted I have not listen to any of their CD's just what they have played on pop radio. Enigma I do remember being pretty good instrumentals. I was hopeing to find something that specifically percussion with Jazz overtones. Thanks for the input though.

I am getting sick of my CD's. Need something new or at least new to me. I'm looking for suggestions for something with alot of Drums, percussion, instrumental type music. I have been listening to Blue Man Group (the intel guys) pretty awesome over my La Scala's. I listen to a wide varity of styles of music rangeing from folk to surf and jazz, blues or combination of these styles. Looking for any suggestions to new music.

I currently have K53K squakers with plastic horn running with a type E-2 crossovers in my Heresies. I just purchased a pair of K55V w/metal horns that came out of a pair of Heresies on ebay and was wondering what the differences are between these two drivers and if the K55V drivers will work properly with the E-2 crossovers. I initially bought them to make my Heresies a better match with my La Scala's that do use the K55V squaker. Oh ya, since Klipsch has changed around there site I have been unable to find the parts page. Thanks for any suggestions.

Sorry Frans for jumping in on your thread, but thanks for all the info from the folks on this BB. Al I think that I may be able to handle the project of building these. I assume you have to wind your own coils, this will probably be the hardest part. Is there any special test equipment required? Thanks Dave

Thanks for the info, I have checking ebay for replacement drivers for several weeks now not luck yet. If anyone on this BB has an extra K-55-V or -M for sale please let me know. Al you have xover schematic and parts list posted somewhere? Please enlighten me. Thanks Dave

I am also interested in Al Xover's. My deal is that I have a mismatch set of La Scala's different drivers as well as different xover's. My question is should I match up the drivers before the xover's or the xover's first. If the xover's are to be replaced first will there be any benafit match the drivers?
