  1. Bottom line is this. I made a purchase based on information that was given to me. It was not represented as maybe, could be longer, the stars have to align, etc. It was agreed that 4-6 weeks was the wait. I accepted it. I DID NOT ACCEPT 10 WEEKS NOR DO I ACCEPT PEOPLES CONTINUAL JUSTIFICATION ABOUT KLIPSCH AND THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUISNESS. I am certain that if Paul Klipsch himself. not his nephew or son or brother, He would agree with me. I have no problem with waiting what I agreed to. I do however have a problem waiting longer and then being told yet again I will have to wait longer still. I am utterly confused and dismayed that so many of you defend poor service and misrepresentation. To you that have defended THANK YOU.
  2. I allready confirmed that the dealer placed the order when they said they did with the Klipsch customer service rep Chris. I am confident in the dealer and the facts show that the dealer indeed did their job. They've appologised on behalf of Klipsch and offered to give me a deal on other brands that they sale and indicated that this is just the way things are sometimes with Klipsch. I sincerely hope that Mr. Delgado cam get to the bottom of this and produce accurate information. I would like the Herey IIIs but I will not continue to be kept in limbo. Thanks for your reply
  3. I did not buy them from the same salesperson, He was trying to sell me another brand.
  4. I hope to, I just picked up a Lexicon AMp and Rotel processor, I am really wanting to hook up five hersys to complete the set but I CANT STAND BEING LIED TO AND "PUT ON THE BACK BURNER"
  5. Heresey's are not production, they are made to order. To me they are not new, they are an improvement over a fine line of earlier model speakers.Which is why I agreed to wait 6 weeks. If you folks are ok with someone saying to you (after you payed them $2,250.00) sorry, your 6 weeks just turned to 8 weeks and then again, sorry, your 8 weeks just turned to 10 weeks, well, I don't no what to say other than good luck you all and don't ever attempt owning your own buisness cause if that is you folks idea of good customer service, you will fail.
  6. You should read the post before you reply, I said the new stuff doesn't do it for me. The Heresys (which i have a pair) are nice. Thats why I ordered them. Three as a matter of fact . The point is, is if the customer service is crap, then I run the other way. empty promises to me is crap service. I WAS WILLING TO WAIT FOR UP TO SIX WEEKS, WHICH IS WHAT KLIPSCH SAID, NOW THEY HAVE MOVED THAT OUT. What happens If I have a problem with the speakers. I guess in your world shipping a broke speaker back and waiting 10 weeks is cool. Sorry but not cool with me. Thanks for your reply. AND TO THE 3 OF YOU THAT HAVE REPLIED, HONESTLY, CLOSE TO 17000 POST ON THE KLIPSCH SITE BETWEEN YOU. YOU EITHER WORK FOR KLIPSCH PR DEPT. OR YOU REALLY SHOULD GET A LIFE
  7. I ordered three heresy IIIs about a month ago and for whatever reason my dealer keeps telling me klipsch keeps pushing back the date of delivery. So I called Klipsh and talked to a guy named Chris in the Klipsch customer service office, he told me today that the delivery wouldn't be until April 5th .....WTF. Has anyone else had this problem? If this proves to be the case I think I'll have to cancel the order and go to B&W or Polk cause as far as Im concerned The new stuff Klipsch is making just dont do it for me.
  8. Funny, I did the same as you except I have purchased three Heresy IIIs. Left-Center-Right. I am retiring my Heresy IIs to the back of the room. I too have not heard them, I even had a sales rep at a local hi-fi store tell me they were crap before I bought them. Why you ask would I buy them when one of these so called hi-fi pukes with slick hair and pimples told me they were crap ...Cause he was adick and I figured he must be wrong. I hope I'm happy when I get them. Now if I could just figure out what new processor and amp to buy. joe
  9. I have just ordered three Heresy III to act as my three front channels and I am retiring my IIs to the back of the room. I also have a Polk Sub. I have been using Adcom stuff forever but have "Upgraded" to a Denon 2807. I have the Denon feeding my 12 year old Adcom 5.1 Amp. which inturn feeds my speakers. I am not happy with the Denon. If I were just listening to music my 12 yo Adcom blows the Denon away. But the surround processing of the Denon is superior. I am looking to sell the 2807 and upgrade but to....... what?? This is the question. I will not mention I have been looking at Rotel but I will say I do not want to upgrade again for atlest 10 years. I will spen as much as 2500+- for a processor and 1200+- for a amp. My Adcom amp is great and has 100 watts for the front 3 and 60 for the back 2. Do I really need to replace this and if not will that money be spent better on a new CD?DVD player? PLEASE, any REALLY knwledgeable people,. I welcom your input.
