xdetroitx... I wasn't aiming my comment towards you. I apologize. I think choosing to buy American products when possible is a good thing. What bothers me is when people think only American workers have pride of workmanship. I'm a guitar player and I can certainly tell you there are Chinese, Japanese, and Korean guitars that are excellent in every way. The manufacturing company is ultimately responsible for the quality of their product, not the worker. If Klipsch is happy with their MIC product, why shouldn't you be?

That was exactly my point. Some of the posts in this thread come across as thinly veiled racist comments. IMO, pride of workmanship depends on the worker, not his or her nationality.

Personally, I could care less where my speakers are made as long as they meet my expectations. If the MIC speakers were inferior, then of course I'd expect them to cost less. But if the quality is the same, they look the same, and they sound they same, who cares where they are made?

Unforunately, I haven't found a straight answer on this. Component is analog, and DVI is digital. But quality-wise it depends on how long your cable is and what your sources are. As it's been pointed out, the RB-51s do have rear ports. I have a pair of RB-61s that I want to hang on the wall and that's where the discussion with Klipsch Tech Support started. The RB-61s are going to be my L/R main speakers. These are front-ported and would be ideal for my living room. I have two very young children and need to have speakers that aren't within their reach. My son has already knocked over my current floorstander, but thankfully it didn't land on him! Someone has suggested building a shelf for the speaker to set on, but I was hoping to attach brackets for a more elegant appearance. I have my four surround speakers on the wall, so hanging bookshelves seemed the next logical step. Thanks for posting the photo.

Hi... I'm currently in the middle of a "conversation" with Klipsch tech support regarding which products have keyhole brackets. The TS guy has stated the only current Reference series bookshelf speaker that HAS brackets is the RB-10. I thought the RB-51 also had brackets (as stated on the website). Can anyone help verify this, hopefully with pictures? Thanks
