  1. I have a new JVC DVD and connot program my Onkyo remote with it in the learning mode. Does anyone know about whether or not this problem would be solved with the Pronto or who would know....I asked the two manufactures and got a coarse answer that not all unit will work with each other....no specifics at all.....needless to say was very disappointed with both Onkyo and JVC. quote: Originally posted by chrislehr: On the recommendation of several people here, I purchased the Pronto TSU2000 remote control. I now have my entire system built out. In one push of a button, my cable box, TV and receiver come on - one button tuns them all off as well. When I switch from one component to another, the controls all change to work for that component. I LOVE IT!
  2. Sounds like you are very happy with the forte's : Are they really that much better??? quote: Originally posted by dougdrake: Great comments. Others just wouldn't understand. Thanks to your encouraging input, and my wife's enthusiasm, the Forte's are now resting comfortably in my HT. I think they will displace the KG4s there. I am blown away by these speakers. They have incredible clarity, depth, slam, and warmth. They actually seem to draw me in to their sound. Now, what to do about the KV-3 center channel and SS-1 surrounds...
  3. quote: Originally posted by dougdrake: One last check, Diggs. Swap the speakers and see if the buzz follows the speaker. (just to be sure...). My first thought was surely the spkrs are fused..... Dougdrake: I am wondering about the Fortes you purchased. Did you put them into home theatre use? with the KG-4"s....just curious about the mix of things.
