I am repalcing my KG2.2V with a Rc-35. Are there removable caps on the top of the binding posts?

I need some help, I am repacing my old KG's with new Klipsch's. The problem is all my speaker cables end in banana plugs. It does not look to me that they wont work with the new speakers. Am I missing some thing? Thanks
