I am new to speakers and can't tell you what the various measurement methods are but that's kind of like of the infamous "musical power" spec for amps, which is peak power and gives power figures that are much greater than actual continuous power. Further readings indicate that SETs do not like driving crossover networks, so a dip into the full-range world might be in order. Line arrays are also a possibility .

Xo, woofer, radiator, low impedance dip ...might be a pain to drive those Fortes with a 3 watt 2a3 as opposed to a 99db single horn...
