  1. What is it? and how do I fix it? I e-spoke with Bob Cirtes long ago (2 years) when I bought them...and I think he sugg. crossovers, however, at the time I was way too poor to do it. If that is the prob. now...let's talk. :-) Michelle
  2. Thanks hun. It's a Baltimore thing.... a good thing.
  3. Thanks. Mee tooo. when I find a brand I like I stick with it too. But you can have all my shares of Budweiser. It is a nice mild pilsner style beer, however, I like variety, and so I tend to go for the darker ones.
  4. Thank You Budman! why do they call you "Bud Man"? []
  5. HTR-5830 5.1 Channel Digital Home Theater ReceiverPowerful 550W (110 x 5) 5.1 channel surround sound receiver with Quad-filed CINEMA DSP and many other exclusive Yamaha features for a thoroughly enjoyable home theater experience. I am using this receiver with my '73 vertical corns. Is it too much, too little? I don't want to stress my speakers. HELP!
  6. ok. but they've been working for 35 yeas now. [<)] so in 30 dayz if they are not working, then I guess I'll contact you for some new ones. All the best! Michelle
  7. YUP, Where in New York is he moving to ??? ....... You made out well, enjoy ..... think about crossover change, money well spent !!!!!! He's moving to Long Island to try his hand at a new job. How much are crossovers? These seem to still be doing the job if they are what I think they are-the things that send different sounds to different speakers. That sounds really elementary, doesn't it? But you probably know what I'm trying to say. Don't you?
  8. Thank you to everyone who gave me their input on Cornwalls. I bought the ones from my neighbor, and everyone is happy, although I think he is a little sad. We watched a movie the other night and he was sad. He says he'll miss them. I said I'd take good/ no make that great care of them. I thanked him for allowing me to buy them, and off he went... he's moving to NY. Posted from now "corndog" used to be "cornwall I" Thanks again!!
