good morning all can someone advise me as i've got a pair of jamo D 365 speakers of which i'm replacing the mid & horn drivers on one of the speakers, can i use my hi-fi like this without causing to my amplifier ( horn & mid disconnected ). i do hope so as i've been informed it may be after xmas before i receive new parts. my amp is a technics SU -X980D, look forward to your replies. regards Dave[H]

dear amy i've been informed by jim calvert that you as a company do not ship parts to europe or consumers well that puzzles me because how do uk distributors get jamo / klipsch parts to distribute if your company don't supply them in the first place. i think someone's closing ranks here. which is a shame & at the same time very annoying , as consumers buy the companies products & when push comes to shove there's no care for the customer. what more can i say, that's the way the company thinks / operates. i'm totally dissappointed[:S][8o|][] thanks anyway amy bye

good afternoon everyone can anyone give me some info on my jamo D 365 speakers. the horn & mid range drivers have burnt out on one of the units & i'm trying to find matching equivalents, but although i have power handling & impedance of complete units. i realy need the same for the damaged drivers. although i'm already contacting numerous speaker companies, inc klipsch/jamo results so far are not looking promising so i was wondering if any of you wonderfull members have any info or indeed own a pair & have knowledgeable experience of them your help is desperately needed as i'm fast running out of options, so please, please help. kindest regards dave. bless you all, i know you won't let me down lol.[]

hi william thanks immensley for your help, your explanation has made so much more sense than i've ever got from other forums, seems i'm going to learn quite a lot from you members. i bought these speakers off ebay from a lovely honest couple, they run a charity w/house & said they didn't know whether speakers worked or not, nevertheless i took the plunge & bought them & hey they sound fine even with mid & horn shot on one unit, hence i didn't complain. i'm a perfectionist & love to get equipment as it should be. looks like i've bitten of more than i can chew here, never mind i'll plod on. so i don't know exactly how old they are. thanks again. kindest regards dave

hi friend a lgv is simply large goods vehicle, the department of transports new name for what used to be heavy goods vehicle heaven knows why theyhave to keep changing things, red tape & politics, baah humbug, load of crap & waste of money but that's life mate. hope that clears any confusion, regards dave.

hi every one i submitted a post earlier entitled jamo D 365 speakers, but i forgot to ask a vital question, so here goes. would the crossover be responsible for burning the coils on these drivers or not. i'm no audio engineer so could you suggest a very simple test to do on crossover to ensure it's ok or not. look forward to your replies / suggestions. kindest regards dave[]

dear members i'm in need of help with my subject speakers. the horn/tweeter & mid range driver is shot on one of them & i've had no luck so far either getting genuine replacements or getting tech specs on the individual drivers to enable me to get suitable equivalents. can any of you please help as i love these speakers. look forward to your replies. regards dave[]
