  1. Hi all,

I've been a Klipsch fan for about 10 years now, but have just hopped onto this Klipsch Community.

Have a question that's been in my mind for a while now. Looking at the specs for some expensive models (P-37F for example ) the frequency response seems to be starved in the low end. My technical knowledge will show here, but does the 'low frequency extension' make up for that? And how so? How does LFE in the P series differ from the RF-7's response going down to 32 hz?

Thanks in advance for your knowledge.

  2. OK, this one should probably be near the end of your Neflix queue as far as a war movie. So after you've exhausted the others on this thread (excellent lists!), give this a try:

    Pan's Labyrinth

Directed by Guillermo Del Toro (Hellboy movies), it's set in the aftermath of the Spanish Civil War. 1/2 war movie, 1/2 girl-and-her-imagination-movie. It splits these two plots quite equally. Subtitled and definately more drama than action. Leave your mind open for fantasy (yep, fairies and creatures) and you'll enjoy. I hope.

I hesitated a lot before posting this, as this movie may belong outside this war movie thread......

  3. A truly great movie you must see and hear is Serenity. Came out in 2005. Right away in the beginning after the 'Universal' letters encircle the earth, your sub will rumble. It's a great Sci-Fi movie with.....a plot! This movie came from a tv series on Fox called Firefly around 2001.
