Oh yeah, I paid $762 delivered in March of this year. Same mattress same box spring $1058 right now at same place. Also, believe it or not HD sells mattresses.
Ever wonder how a stand lone brick & mortar store in a prime location survives selling mattresses?

Boy, you're stepping in it now. I'll give you my experience but like TV's everyone has their preference.
About a year ago I decided to buy a new mattress because I was having severe pain (cancer) in my right hip. Being a side sleeper I needed something soft. So I got out and visited the various rip-off mattress sellers. I couldn't tell anything about mattresses laying on one a minute or two in the stores. Also, prices were actually higher during the Black Friday- Christmas time frame. So I said to heck with it. Around March prices were lower and I ordered a mattress/box spring then. You do know that the same mattress from the same manufacturer will have different names at different stores don't you. They do that to stop cross-shopping. IOW, a Beautyrest Stiffy at store A will be named a Beautyrest Softy at store B. Same mattress.
During the December to March time frame I occasionally surfed around learning about mattresses. Deciding that I wasn't going to take a shot in the dark with a $2500 to $3000 mattress locally, I ended up buying online from US-Mattress. I ordered, they said delivery in 2 weeks and it was here in 2 weeks. All kinds of communication. The mattress/box spring was built in Georgia and delivered by 2 clean cut guys that seemed to actually care about my home. And yes the price was much lower (probably half) than all the local mattress/department stores. As good a transaction as I've ever experienced.
Check out the place I referenced above for information about construction and softness/support. They do have a return policy.
I ordered a Comfort Scale 7 mattress. At first it seemed too soft. It took about 6 months to get used to it, primarily because of hip pain. Now I sleep pretty well. The pillow top has several inches of softness before you feel the innerspring support. Good luck.

You have a Toshiba?
Actually, I do. It's a 37" Toshiba Regza. The last time I looked it up it was 9 years old. Close to 10 years old by now. Great picture.

I'm thinking about buying myself a pair of Lucchese cowboy boots but I doubt I will be able to find what I want here in town to try on. I have read that they run a tad small for the size. Has anyone tried on this brand boot that can comment on sizing? Or fit? I'm not big on playing musical returns on internet purchases.
Also, anyone know anything about Ferrini boots? Thanks.

Bullshit. Japan wasn't that advanced in 1913....
You're right. Resolution is only 720P.

I've got a Toshiba TV in a bedroom that my grandmother bought in 1913. It still has a super picture. The batteries in the remote did need replacing last year though.

Still 10-12 National Champ Football trophies shy of a couple other schools.....they're on a roll though 😀
Oh yeah, I forgot about that Yale championship in 1927. I wonder who the other 10-12 schools you speak of are?

Swing by the Trophy Room at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. Of course it will take a couple of days to see them all.

It's hard to kill all the cancer cells in a body. They don't always show up on scans.

Yes it is a crapshoot. Know what the "G" stands for in LG? Goldstar. They built some of the crappiest consumer electronics that have ever been built years ago. I wouldn't buy anything they make, personally. As far as Sameoldsung goes, everyone that I know that ever bought a Sameoldsung TV has had motherboard or other problems with them. NADA.
I watch a Vizio that I bought 4 years ago this month. I've had no problems with it whatsoever. Updates automatically whether on or off if you have WeeFee. If I bought today I would probably buy a Sony XBR but the slight differences, except the price, will be forgotten in a week or two of watching.
Hope you're stuck watching your Vizio for years and years Dave.

Jim `N Nicks is from down there-a-bouts isn't it?
They started out in Birmingham. Their BBQ is pretty decent to me, of course everyone likes something different when it comes to BBQ. I did stop at a location in Montgomery several years ago and wasn't impressed with any aspect of that location. Must have been off-season for the circus. They had a bunch of clowns working there.
