  1. It's probably tucked away in the box somewhere. I would check again and give everything a good search. It seems highly unlikely that you received 2 boxes both missing the eartip cleaning tool.
  2. Perhaps static electricity? I got shocked once from my x10i's in my ear as I walked in the door and took my jacket off. It scared me because I had no idea what it was, but I askedone of my roommates and he said he gets it sometimes with his own in-ear headphones (not klipsch).
  3. The mic should work. I would contact Klipsch customer support or see if you can exchange them where you bought them.
  4. They are deep and punchy, and they are very enjoyable the listen to. However they are a little bass heavy for my tastes, but it is not a forced boomy bass. I wouldn't mind a set, but I'm waiting for one with equivalent SQ to my X10i's.
  5. I would keep trying to contact customer support through email or phone instead of posting here. This is probably not the best way to get in touch with them.
  6. I have cleaned my gel tips with rubbing alcohol before, and it worked perfectly. If you're worried at all that it might damage them, I would try it on a size that you don't use.
  7. If you like neutral sounding headphones, why are you boosting the bass and using equalizer settings like rock? That's counter-productive. I woud find a frequency repsonse graph for the S4 and use the equalizer to try and even out the frequency responses, or just to lower the treble if you feel its too bright. Going to cheaper headphones probably won't help, because cheap headphones are not usually accurate. I would check out some headphones that are used for monitoring if you want something neutral sounding. Are you sure you have a good fit with the S4's? You could be turning up the volume to compensate for not having a complete seal.
  8. Klipsch is releasing the S3's (In ear), S5i's (also in ear), and over the ear headphones called Image One's.
  9. Hey, long time lurker and avid Klipsch fan here wondering about the Onkyo Integra M 502. I have an opportunity to get one for $185 and I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with either this line of amplifiers or this one in particular. I'm currently running a Denon AVR-3300 to RF-3's, RS-3's and an RC-3. I was also wondering if it would be suitable for use as powering a passive subwoofer. I'm not sure what model driver will be used, but it'll probably be 4 ohm. Thanks! Dan
