just curious as to why to stick with the same series?

hey guys im looking to upgrade my center, i feel like its not loud enough as my mains (f-1s). should i get the c-3 or rf-52? i can get the c-3 cheaper as it has been discontinued? im looking for clear loud sound. is it a bad idea to mix match different series of klipsch speakers? any suggestions? thanks in advance

So i switched to cables, still the same problem. I switched the speakers and the weak one still sounds weak ( unless i turn it up in SP level) So is this should be covered under warranty right?

ok so i bought a new f-1 system hooked it all up to my yamaha reciv. and after a couple of songs/movies i could hear that one of my rear speakers sounded less vibrant and the bass not as strong as the other one. after some tweaks on the recv. i managed to get it to sound as good as the other one by turning up the "SP" level all the way to the max.once i do this they sound identicle. my question is. Is this a bad thing? am i hurting the speaker by turning the SP level all the way up ? should i send it in? oh by the way im a noob things i did: i changed out the cable, swicth channels on the recv. on a side note the "good" speaker "sp" level is set to default. thats why im concerned. Shouldnt they both sound just as good on the same "SP" level?

alot of places tell me to put the sub in the front of the room. is it a bad thing if i place it in the back of the room closer to where i sit? i have a really small room and if i place it up front it looks " odd" . thanks for your advice guys

so i need a special subwoofer cable? or will a regular red, white cable do?

ok so i got a ksw-12 sub. and a yamaha reciver. wich has to inputs for front speakers.what is the best to connect these up. should i . A. get a subwoofer cable and "y" adapter and hook it up to the recivers sub out. or B. just use regular cable and hook it up from the L/R (sub) to my second L/R front speaker input. im a little confused on how this goes. and will it make a diffrence? i mean will the reciv. recognize my sub at all?

hey guys i just bought the f-1 sytem with the ksw-12 sub. I have the yamaha 6140 recev. i was wondering if 16ga cable is good to use. I found a really good deal on it. the cable runs wont be more than 15 feet or so. What do you think. shell out the extra cash and get 14,12? thanks

yea i did mean, nine hundred forty dollars (940) for a 1 Pair F-1, C-1 Center, pair S-1 Surrounds. + a ksw 12 sub!!

ok ..so i emalied the guy and he told me 940$ . should i do it..? eekkk!!! sounds like a good deal. since overkill is not a good word around here. I should be asking if this going to be enough. You guys dont hink im gonna regret it down the road? i have never owned a system of this caliber
