  1. Well, ok, I am going to search some of them in other countries right next to france ! Thanks !
  2. Well Yes, I thought I was going to spend $6000 for those speakers... Finally I won't. I guess it is better to keep this money for my future house... I believe I will regret this for my whole life... I hope I will find some other one in 10 or 20 years ! Thanks everyone for your help !
  3. Well sure, I will try first ! I will have the klipschorn first and then, maybe, i'll sell the Onkyo.
  4. $675 US ! this make me dream ! Now they cost... 4500€/pair in france so almost $6000 US... But that the price they always cost in france... Actually a brand new pair of klipschorns, costs in France, 16000€/pair ==> $21 000 US.... Anyways, thanks for the help !
  5. Ok thank you very much ! This is the first time I see some of those D type Horn. Then I think I am going to buy them this evening ! I think I will sell my amp to buy some class A amplifier instead. May be a vaccum amplifier... I will see.
  6. Hello everyone ! I am going to buy a pair of klipschorn from the foundator of KTR LAB (some french HiFi company) and they don't look like ordinary klipschorn. Here are some pictures of them ! What do you think about those speakers ? Are they as good as the "classic" klipschorn ? Why do they look so weird ? The type is KB-BB. I have an onkyo M5590 which is a very powerfull power amp. May be too power full (2x200W) how is it going to be with the klipschorn ? By the way, switch from RF5 to klipschorn ! Thanks for your help ! Niklos PS : sorry for my poor english. I am french :-)
  7. Well I am actually not going to make the cabinet myself. I asked a professional to do it for me because I know that I am not able to do it. Then, yes, I am searching for stuff I can find in france. So I guess I am going to use: Beyma CP-25 for the tweater BMS 4590 or 4591 or 4592 or something else I don't know yet Eminence delta pro 15 for the woofer Then I need the actual horn and the filter. So far I don't know what to use for that... I am going to search for the John Warren projet! Thank y'all!
  8. Thant you again, I'll cheak on that so I might find something good in france! edit: It's awesome. I can find some of those woofers in france such as the eminence delta pro 15. Thank you so much, (do you have any other graph with the midrange woofer? and the Tweeter?
  9. It's going to cost me about $300 to ship it to france... So I don't know what to do yet. I need to check if I can find some in France...
  10. I am trying to get some from Bob! I don't know if he has the woofers. But at list, he has the tweeters and midrange! edit: I found the woofers!
  11. Hi everyone! I am trying to make some KlipschHorn myself! So I am searching for some informations about them. First of all, I found those two plans: http://www.pirkensee.de/Downloads/Klipsch%20Horn.pdf for the "sub" and here http://www.pirkensee.de/Downloads/Klipsch%20Horn%20Standard.pdf for the whole speaker. Do you think those plans are exact ? Secondly I don't know what speakers I have to use. Do you know which one ? I want speakers that are the same one as the original one if it is possible! But I guess it won't be so I wish to find some that are "as much the same" as possible. Do you have any ideas? Then I have to make the filters and I don't know (again) what to use. Again, I want something that is the same as the orginal one if possible. Can anyone help me? PS: I am from France and I am sorry for my poor English Have a good day! Niklos
