Hello everyone ! I am going to buy a pair of klipschorn from the foundator of KTR LAB (some french HiFi company) and they don't look like ordinary klipschorn. Here are some pictures of them ! What do you think about those speakers ? Are they as good as the "classic" klipschorn ? Why do they look so weird ? The type is KB-BB. I have an onkyo M5590 which is a very powerfull power amp. May be too power full (2x200W) how is it going to be with the klipschorn ? By the way, switch from RF5 to klipschorn ! Thanks for your help ! Niklos PS : sorry for my poor english. I am french :-)

Well I am actually not going to make the cabinet myself. I asked a professional to do it for me because I know that I am not able to do it. Then, yes, I am searching for stuff I can find in france. So I guess I am going to use: Beyma CP-25 for the tweater BMS 4590 or 4591 or 4592 or something else I don't know yet Eminence delta pro 15 for the woofer Then I need the actual horn and the filter. So far I don't know what to use for that... I am going to search for the John Warren projet! Thank y'all!

Hi everyone! I am trying to make some KlipschHorn myself! So I am searching for some informations about them. First of all, I found those two plans: http://www.pirkensee.de/Downloads/Klipsch%20Horn.pdf for the "sub" and here http://www.pirkensee.de/Downloads/Klipsch%20Horn%20Standard.pdf for the whole speaker. Do you think those plans are exact ? Secondly I don't know what speakers I have to use. Do you know which one ? I want speakers that are the same one as the original one if it is possible! But I guess it won't be so I wish to find some that are "as much the same" as possible. Do you have any ideas? Then I have to make the filters and I don't know (again) what to use. Again, I want something that is the same as the orginal one if possible. Can anyone help me? PS: I am from France and I am sorry for my poor English Have a good day! Niklos

Hi everyone, I am searching for a sub. So I will use it almost only for music (I am not whatching many movies). So what do I have? I have: A preamplifier Myryad MP100, an amplifier Onkyo integra M-5590, Vecteur L4.2 as a CD player and a pair of Klipsch RF5. My room is about 215sq ft but I want the sub to be "useable" in a 400sq ft's room (because I will change my appartment soon). So I want a sub around 1500€ (I am from france). A was looking at those sub : SUNFIRE True Subwoofer EQ 12 Signature - TS-EQ12 Triangle Meteor 0.4 Velodyne SPL-1200U B&W PV1 Klipsch RT-10d Klipsch RT-12d SVSound (which one ?) So have you got any idea of which one is the best. Or maybe another one! Thanks for answering ! And soory for my poor english.

So here is what I finally decided to take: The préamplifier Myryad MP100 The amplifier Onkyo M-5590 The CD player Vecteur L4.2 So far I've only get the pre and amp, I'll get the CD player tomorrow. But even with my marantz DVD player as a CD player and the amp + preamp it is great, the sound is... awesome!!

Thanks y'all. I finally decided to get first the CD player which will probably be a Vecteur L4.2. Then, I guess I'll get the preamp myryad MP100 and I'll try to find a McIntosh amp. So I'm not sure of all of that, but as you said, I prefere going with something great right now so I won't change it later. I found that great CD player and I'll take this first I think. Then I'll see.

I searched for those amplifier and I couldn't find them near where I live . So I decided to buy a Myryad Amplier but I don't know which one. I can go for: -myryad mxa2080+mp100 -myryad mxi2080 -myryad z142 + z112 If I take one of the two firsts I'll get the CD player later. What is the best? I lived in an appartment which is about 20m square but in a couple years I'll be (I hope) in a bigget appartment or a house so I want the amplifier to be also good for a larger room. What do you think?

Hi!! I am searching for a Stereo amplifier for my RF5. Right now I have a Marantz PM-50 with a Marantz DVD player as a CD player. I have around 1500$ to spend in an amplifier or in an amplifier and a CD player. I can change my CD player later. My room is around 20meter square. I listened to some amplifiers such as Nad, Marantz (PM15-S1), atoll, Myryad, advance accoustic, rotel, cambridge audio etc... I really liked the Myryad Z142. I wish I could listen to the MXI2080 but I can't find it near where I leave. I want to change because my Marantz is m mother's one and she wants it back and also because I feel like there is not enought high frequencies. What do you think? Should I listen to some other amplifier? Should I go for the Z142, or for the MXI2080? Any other idea? PS: I am french and I am sorry for my poor english Niklos
