I've been watching Slickdeals for some good sales on the Ref Premiere line and its been quiet lately, outside of the piano black models on sale recently.
I contacted Safe and Sound, just to see what they could do and got these prices:
rp-8000f $600 each
rp-600m $450/pair
rp-504c $550 each
and this compared with the common sale price in 2021:
rp-8000f $400 each
rp-600m $350/pair
rp-504c $420 each
I'm just wondering if this is the new normal for these speakers, or if I should hold out. I'm getting itchy to buy something but also really like getting a solid deal. I'm just not sure if Klipsch has had a price increase (or several) like anyone else and this is as good as its getting anytime soon.
Any thought on these latest prices?

started with Heresy as I had a smaller room but we moved and now had some more space so could have gone for the bigger Chorus/Quartet/Fortes, just hadn't seen anything that caught my fancy. Probably would even jump on the Cornwall if they were the right price and just hope they fit.
There were a nice set of black quartets a few months ago for $750 that I maybe should have jumped on. And a pair of Walnut Heresy's in Jax for $625 that sat for months. I def do not like the birch nor the oak so that really just leaves me with the black or the walnut.

thanks - I've seen some of your posts and see you def have an eye out.
I was looking for heritage for a while but just not willing to pay what some are asking these days, so I figured maybe the RP market is a bit more forgiving as its current production. I'm also interested in Tekton so it might be the first that comes up used/deal.

Anyone near Tampa, FL thinking of selling a set of black ash RP-8000F speakers anytime soon?
I've been waiting for them to go back on sale for $399 for a while now and haven't seen much on Slickdeals. Thought I would check out the used market.
thanks!

True, that doesn't get my living room any bigger though!

Saw your add on craigslist. Wish I could fit these things....

Still kinda learning my way around the models and still doing some research, but I was thinking about maybe the RF82's or RF62's and a matching center. Maybe the original RF7's, but those might be a tad big for my room. Just looking for a nice, exciting HT/gaming experience.

Hi everyone, I'm shopping for some new speakers and was curious if anyone around the Tampa area who has the reference series (or maybe the 650's) would be willing to do a demo. I called the local Klipsch dealer and they don't have any of the Reference line out on the floor and everything is special order.
I have some other speakers on my short list, but wanted to give these a listen as I think they'll probably be the most cost effective in the ones I was considering.
Thanks in advance!

Yes, point taken.
I am waiting for them to go on sale, just trying to figure out what the new common sale price might be.
