  1. Hearing from you I quickly searched the local forum and found one of the members over there was asked 750$ as shipping charges to bring a emotiva amp. This is India and it's not worty over here to import an amp.Relatively the cambridge audio and Nad products are reasonably priced here.
  2. Oh I got it. But my main problem is that I won't get the oportunity to listen to different amps with the klipsch as the klipsch dealers over here only keeps Onkyo products.I have to go for the buy depending on reviews only.
  3. Hi Bill, Thanks for answering. But you see the mentioned product is out of my reach. And I am looking for a quality amp within my budget, not a powerful one as the RF-10 are only 75watt rated. Thanks
  4. Hi, I am currently running these speakers with a vintage Sony Amplifier which I never like. After a going round for an budget amplifier for my speakers I narrowed down to the following. 1.Cambridge audio Azur 640A V3 2.Nad C325/C326 beee 3.Cayin TA-30 (2 years Used) 4.Rotel RA-04 Now the problem with the Cayin set is that I need to change the tubes after few years or so.But tubes are not easily available at my part of the world.Only the dealers can get them for me from some other country. Have anyone used these amplifiers with the reference series speakers.I really need help from the community. [*-)]
  5. Hello everyone.Actually right now I have a pair of Rf 10 speakers which I run with some vey old sony integrated amplifier(50 watt). Now that 6 months have past with the setup I am planing to build a home theatre with these Rfs.Earlier I got the taste of Klipsch from my friends place who have a home theater setup of RF 3 which he runs with a yamaha receiver.I always liked the sound of these speakers and when I got one available with the local distributor I made no hesitation in picking them up.Temporarily I started playing it with an old sony amp.But now I am seriously thinking of seting up a home theater. That made me wonder in search of a good receiver. As my buget is limited so I planed to complete the system slowly. Now the first thing I need is a receiver and for that my budget is 500$. The setup will be used 60% for music and 40% for movies.I have a rectangular room size of 18' by 12' with four corners.I like music with little extra bass. It's a own house and I prefer medium to loud music of all kinds. We very rearly get used equipments over here in India. Which receiver shoud be best fited for me.Please suggest. Thanks[*-)]
