Promedia 5.1 Ultra subwoofer output to front speakers

Same problem here. I just purchsed a new Gateway DX4300 to replace my HP M7780N and both PC's sound like the Subwoofer sound is coming out the front speakers. At first I thought it was just me but looks like I am not the only one. I've aked Klipsch to see if they have any info
