Those are 2 great movies... My favorite war movie was The Longest Day....A friend turned me onto the Band of Brothers series on Bluray....couldn't stop watching them. The last Bluray I watched was Expendables3....I don't think I will keep that one in my war movie collection. I didn't know those 2 were available on Bluray....Think I will upgrade both of those from DVD

Yea. I saw one of those curved screenTV's at our local Frys store. It is really hard to tell at store because they are all set to tourch mode. We were just talking about that the other day. When my Sony SXRD goes out I really do not know what to buy. The Panasonic plasma ..got to keeep it .....helps keep the house warm on cold nights

I just got to say this......I earn a living in the electronics industry... I work with wire every day...generally awg 50 to 42 guage. I know everyone has a preference......but just think about this. You spend a lot of time picking out the perfect speaker wire.....but it really only goes as far as the input terminal. Then that last 2 feet is just some bulk wire off a giant spool going to the drivers.....Like I say its a preference thing. Got to go. Heading to Florida....NASA has a sale on wire today.

The idea of the dead bolt ones is to push the wire in and fold it over the little teeth and fan it out then screw the assembly together ...you will not be able to pull it out

Think of it this way....some of us like Heritage...some like Reference...some who got enough go for Palladium.... I own Oppo but if I had have kids or ever thought about playing a video game I would most likely have a play station. Yes the PS3 or 4 does a great job of playing bluray. But most bluray players are compared to the benckmark Oppo

Newbie, You got my interest....I always thought the same thing. So unless I am mistaken .... You run the USB from PC to device and you run anolog left and right out to processor....The question is is there changes needed to be made to Windows to output from device??

No..... I Think I will get an eye exam and get new glasses first. Being in my age I really don't if my eyes are 4K compatible. I think a1080p plasma looks great. I could always spend $600.00 to have it calibrated .
