I believe all open Forums are the place to Express Disgust and dismay over the state of Our Republic and when Klipsch makes good with a Lifetime Warranty on these SUBS then I will shut up, if Klipsch could offer Lifetime Warranties in the past then why not now? espeacially with these SUBs having So Many issues. Customers deserve better. GOD Save Our Republic!

The People of America NEED to get aggressive about keeping JOBS in America and hold Corporations responsible for Problematic Products produced outside America, Outsourcing Jobs is KILLING OUR COUNTRY and the Products are substandard when made by people making $1.20 an hour in some Communist Asian Rim country! A War is being Waged against America Economically and it is Destroying Our nations People with lack of jobs and the ability to Purchase the very Products companies Like Klipsch are producing elsewhere! Stupid Sheeple.
  3. Im not a "troll" Im pissed off and shall bring to the attention of Klipsch that their lack of respect for Customers having these problems with the SUB 10's & 12's is NOT GOOD for Business. You stupid sheep who refuse to hold Klipsch to a higher standard are fools for not standing up for Customers who have been taken advantage of by Another Corporation who has Sold Out and used Asian Rim Countries with substandard Quality Controls producing junk and Not employing Americans who Do a Much Better Job, Klipsch "used" to be know for their Fine Craftsmanship Made in America by Americans!
  4. those were the days I remember back when I dreamt about being able to afford a "KLIPSCH" Product.........TOO BAD that TODAY's KLIPSCH Product is made in ASIAN Rim countries with Sub-standard Components or Lack of ISO 9001 Quality Controls!..............Old Man Klipsch would be angry that His Product Namesake was No Longer AMERICAN MADE!...AND PROBLEMATIC!
  5. For fans of Klipsch, there is no answer to this question. You simply find a way. I received the following email from one such fan who knew what it meant as early as 10 years old. Thank you, Mark, for reminding us all of why we do what we do! Hello and Merry Christmas, Klipsch................ oh what a wonderful product, I was 10 years old cutting grass in the old neighborhood for 5 dollars a yard to get my ultimate dream... its name was Cornwall. Wow, what a day that was back in 1976 when my mother took me into Gary's Audio in Richmond VA and I spent 900 dollars on 2 speakers... I hooked them up to a David Hafler amp and preamp and was instantly the pride of the neighborhood with Led Zeppelin ripping the highs out of that horn and those oh so wonderful paper woofers, wow what bass they had!! I remember that day so well, but father time doesn't wait nor slow for anyone as we all get older and concentrate on our family and loves. Even at 43 years old how excited still am I to get home, turn on the Yamaha and listen to the sounds that come from my Klipsch RF-7s and KLF10s, wow is all that can be said!! How lucky we are to have such a wonderful line of precision audio loudspeakers and crisp movie surround sounds in our own homes for our personal enjoyment that has been here for me as early as 10 years old to 43. WOW CAN YOU SAY WOW!!! With that said, yes, I am a fan. Keep the products coming, keep the quality that has made Klipsch as much a part of my life as my family has, and as a company, strive for the commitment that Paul Klipsch put into every speaker he made... [personal info deleted - that's not how to get service] Email me Amy's Blog Maybe when those who work for Klipsch in indianapolis get enough people calling them about this issue maybe something will happen, if not let them know Class Action Lawsuits seem to get things rolling for those who get taken advantage of!

  9. It was 40 DAY's after BEST BUY sent my SUB-10 Back to Klipsch that Klipsch said just Replace with One of BEST BUY's stock.. LUCKY for me BEST BUY had 4 left and I was able..........But now BEST BUY is OUT of STOCK of ALL Sub-10's & 12's Due to the Model Change to the New INFERIOR Product's the SW350 an 8 inch woofer "Smaller Product" & SW450 with flimsy FOOT LEGS ...Compared to Old product's! It is OBVIOUS why Klipsch has done away with the SUB-10's & 12's and in the process are Producing SMALLER Products to replace them. I do have to say the SW450's Woofer looks to be an "improvement" over the SUB 10's........But if it is made Over Sea's then I have reservations. When I have a Problem the next time............I will attempt my own repair or replace AMP with another..........WHEN I CAN AFFORD IT !...... I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT............ I have Hi-Fi equipment, speakers , amps etc.. that are 40 years old and they Dont Owe me anything as its SERVICE LIFE has been great............. I EXPECT the SERVICE LIFE of these SUB-10's to be AS GOOD ....BUT THEY ARE INFERIOR! WHAT A DAMN SHAME KLIPSCH WHAT A SHAME....OLD MAN KLIPSCH IS ROLLING OVER IN HIS GRAVE! The TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT of SUB-10 and SUB-12 CUSTOMERS is Very, Very Disheartening and has given me a reason to NEVER Recommend any Product KLIPSCH is Producing OVER SEAS. KLIPSCH Should be willing to send out NEW BASH AMPS with CALL TAGS from U.P.S. to return Old Bad Amps to those CUSTOMERS with Bad AMPS free of Charge.

If they built their Products here in the United States and used ISO 9001 Quality control standards there would NOT be this problem! Klipsch please Employ more AMERICAN People and STOP Producing YOUR Products in the Asian Rim !..... THOSE ASIAN RIM Companies ARE DESTROYING YOUR REPUTATION!..... They dont care about OUR Nation & it's Businesses who do Business With THEM!........ That BASH AMP in the SUB 10's & 12's is PROOF POSITIVE these ASIAN Companies you are using to Build a product that is NOT of a Quality standard KLIPSCH CUSTOMERS DEMAND............. .Keep employing People's Other than AMERICAN's and You will DESTROY Your Reputation as a "Fine Quality Speaker producer".......................... It is elementary what the issue is STOP USING FOREIGN Companies to produce Your products and EMPLOY ONLY AMERICANS !!!!

  13. I AM VERY ANGRY THAT I PURCHASED THE SUB10'S AND THIS KNOWN PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED AT THE FACTORY LONG BEFORE MY SUB10'S WERE MANUFACTURED ! LATE 08 AND THIS ISSUE WAS GOING ON SINCE PRODUCTION BEGAN IN 2006? TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER KLIPSCH BECAUSE THE INTERNET IS A POWERFUL MEDIA TO BRING TO LIGHT JUST HOW BAD YOU HAVE HANDLED THIS SUB10 ISSUE. SHOULD I SEND IN MY OTHER SUB10 BEFORE IT GOES OUT?
  14. KLIPSCH Can offer a far BETTER Solution.............. Such as GIVE The Customer The Choice to Remove the Amp section and take it Alone to their "authorized dealer" where they purchased it for Exchange or repair or Send the amp section alone back to KLIPSCH for exchange, WHY should "the Customer" be put out and be required to work so Damn Hard to get this Problem Known for a couple of years by Klipsch Fixed ?..................THE CUSTOMER should be treated Far Better than this, I purchased as did many,many Others the Klipsch Product expecting Quality and Trouble free operation of these BRAND NEW Products! So how dare you or anyone else suggest I as The Customer should be ok with being inconvenienced for many weeks of use as My Sub10 is shipped all over the place to be "repaired" and if it gets banged up that I should just "deal with it" as stuff "just happens".........B.S. ! THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS and after reading as many post on the internet "google SUB10 failure" since 2006 this is just Proof KLIPSCH has neglected "Their CUSTOMERS" and inconvenienced US for our money! I have to Drive 57 miles to the Dealer I purchased from...................inconvenience ! I have to risk the loss or damage to the unit ! I have to be without the use of the Brand New product I purchased from KLIPSCH for up to 6 to 8 weeks !....WHY SO LONG ? ...B.S. KLIPSCH SHOULD SEND ME A NEW AMP DIRECTLY WITH A CALL TAG FOR OLD AMP ! WHAT KIND OF CRAP ARE YOU TRYING TO SELL ME?

[Edit Tags] it sure would be nice if Klipsch would just Post a do it your self fix for their Customers who have these problems, One of the Two sub 10's I have I noticed today is not working, I purchased them Both at Best Buy last Christmas time 2008 and have watched no more more than 12 Movies on them since, they are in a dedicated home theater in my basement and Only Used for movies! I have a Pioneer Elite® VSX-01TXH 7.1-channel receiver setup and these Subs did work beautifully for the few times we used them. I knew before buying them that there were many people having issues with what I assumed was "old stock" Sub 10's and i trusted that KLIPSCH CORPORATION would be of the Utmost in Integrety and have Resolved these issues!.......Boy was I wrong and extremely Dissapointed! I spoke with a tech today at Klipsch indianapolis and the fellow was nice, But why after so many Problems with these Sub 10's dont the techs know what the main issue of Fault is in the Unit?...........It is NOT COOL that Klipsch wont just tell customers the known issue! I could fix my unit if it is just a Cold Solder issue or a replacement of an amp IC, I DONT WISH TO SHIP MY UNIT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY TO RISK CABNET DAMAGE ! [Edit Tags]Why after all the Customers who have had Sub 10 Failures is their No real answer from KLIPSCH CORP. for us Suckers who are unfortunate enough to have SUB10 that have Failed on how to fix the problem ourselves without having to Risk Damaging our units by Shipping them out ? I would rather save myself the agrivation and time of boxing up my Sub10 in it's original Box and driving to the place i purchased for them to ship out to their repair center and RISK THEM SCRATCHING MY CABINET or Stripping the screws out as many of those Flunkys do! ..Especially Best Buy Flunky's! Tell us the known issues and problems and give us the option to do the work ourselves, YOU "KLIPSCH CORP" KNOW THE MAIN REPAIR ISSUE on these SUB10 UNITS..........Is it Cold Solder ? Is it blown caps? what is it? I am going to contact the Attorney General here about this whole thing, I would rather KLIPSCH Live up to their Name and make this right and NOT Blame their Vendor in CHINA who built these faulty Amps for the Sub10 ! What about making All of your stuff in AMERICA like KLIPSCH Used to when You Cared about Made in America with Pride? I am pissed that all of this time has gone by and KLIPSCH is NOT "Really" giving a QUALITY FIX for this issue ! There are enough people who Purchased these units to start a Class Action Suit , I will be contacting my Attorney Jeffrey Figer out of Detroit MI.
