Can you recommend a type or model of potentiometer? Where can I buy one?

I bought them brand new in 1986 and it is stencilled in the back 4 ohms. The website says 8 ohms and the manual sayys 8 ohms but the speakers say 4 ohms. I understand some were made with 4 ohms. Is this accurate?

I am running heresy II (4 ohms) and with 94 DB sensitivity. I am running them off the A selector. on the B I have a set of paradigm pro monitors (8 ohms and 88 DB sensitivity). I am aslo running around my pool off the B selector a set of Polk Audio(8 oms and 88 DB sensitivity). Once the volume is up, the Heresy's dominate. I was thinking to change all speakers on the B to higher sensitivity speakers but 8 ohms. Will this equalize the volume? What would you recommend? I was thinking I had to get higher sensitivity than the Heresy's to compensate for the difference in impedence. Is this accurate?

This is what I am running. I am thinking I need to match all speakers to 8 ohms. Is this correct. My rear speakers are also 8 ohms as well as speakers on the B side. The 4 ohms need less power to drive.
