  1. i would love to hear the new palladiums, i love klipsch, overall i find them to be very upbeat and lively, great dynamics and clear sound, the horn is brilliant for higher frequency sounds, and woofers put out strong and dynamic bass, BUT what about mid range?? klipsch engineers kind of left that part out. if you look at for example Energy or Paradigm speakers they all have some kind of mid range type coil. their horn just cannot output a well balanced mid range frequency sounds. If only klipsch would've thought of that i am sure their speakers would be amongst the best.
  2. ... that you ever heard. Mostly for musical purposes. I love my F2s, but I think they lack midrange and highs might be a bit harsh IF you're into music more (as opposed movie watching) I am looking to upgrade but not too familiar with any BIG names in hifi speaker industry I heard that PMCs are good, Martin Logan, maybe Paradigm or Energy? Your inputs are welcome!
  3. i like denon and will not switch to anything else. however, i do plan on getting that emotiva 200 watts 3 channel amplifier along with a preamp for it. denon stays with it
  4. it's not about copyrighting, it's about how cds get burned. while we burn them with cheap 20$ cd writers, professional studios have hundrends of thousands worth of equipment to handle that. try and rip a professionally burned cd to your comp and then burn it on cd-r and you'll be able to tell the difference...
  5. btw, there are ext. inputs in my denon for all the speakers ... can't i just wire them directly to the amp?
  6. can you guys suggest me a decent amp and pre amp. i don't ever wanna hear clipping again.
  7. i wish they made a power meter on receivers these days..
  8. I have synergy F2 speakers along with synergy 10'' subwoofer and I have denon avr 689 bi amping F2s. I also have small onkyo surround speakrs and a center pioneer speaker... F2 RMS = 100 watts, Denon = 80 w/ch Just today I noticed my F2s clip for the first time at really high volume (close to 0 dB on my denon receiver). The cd that I was playing was an original copy (not burned) so the quality of the music could not have been an issue. It sounded like the speakers were clipping at low/mid frequencies.. What could be the issue here?
