  1. http://www.audiotronic.ca/Products/Detail/231817 i ordered my s4's from in-store, but you can get the s4i's online here, Canadian store alex
  2. exchange them for a new pair, or see if they are covered under the warrenty
  3. I just noticed that the left strain relief right under the left earbud has failed on my s4's. The cable has somehow been pulled (it can be pushed back in, but comes out very easily) the earbud still works fine, creating as much sound as the right earbud. My questions are if the warrenty covers this? and if so do i need the original packaging? thanks
  4. Hi, recently i bought a pair of image S4's and have fallen in love with them. However my only fear with them is the cable; being so thin. Is this cable known to break alot? The cable is basically the reasons my last headphones died (pulled cable) i fear the same thing could happen to the s4's. Alot of reviews ive read said the cable doesnt look that durable. It is very thin. What do you guys know about this? is it something to look out for, or worry about? thanks,
  5. I am in Canada as well and ordered my set from a shop called audiotronic. I have a local shop and ordered them in-store, however they can be bought on the website aswell. http://www.audiotronic.ca/
  6. You should be able to note the difference between the two pairs. I too upgraded to the S4's (after reading cnets raving review, and i too am in love) from the CX300's and the clarity of the sound of the Image S4 vs that of the CX300's is uncomparable; Image S4 takes the huge win there. The S4's have a much more clear and tighter bass sound compared too the CX300's, and make the Seinheisers overall sound very muddy. Enjoy your new headphones! (Ive never listened to the X5's and therefore made no refference towards them)
