I have had a lot of problems with my 4.1's and im still waiting to get back my NEW COMPLETELY WORKING set. I have 2 friends that have the 4.1's and theirs work fine. 3 people recommended them to me saying how awesome they sound, and I must agree, they DID sound great until mine broke. I guess I just got extremely unlucky. The staff there is pretty friendly and quick to respond (sometimes) So if you get a working set, you will be happy with them - If not, Im sure eventually you'll get a working one you're happy with.

Well, after buying the 4.1's back in March, I had recieved a defective set...boo... So, I send back my sub amplifier as per agreement by Klipsch customer support. I get back my new sub only to find out that the hissing in the front left channel has been fixed! The wonderful fix was to send me a power amp that DIDN'T work!! I got no sound at all. Finally, they tell me that I should send in the whole unit so it could be replaced with a brand new one. I have yet to recieve anything and its almost June. Now they have the 5.1's out, and I have 4.1's somewhere that I havent been able to even use. I have heard no word from Klipsch on the status of my speakers either...

I had had the problem with the promedia 4.1 hissing of the front left channel...and my sub was hitting kinda funny with a heavy thump. It was also reaching near 130degrees on the back plate. So I get back my new sub amplifier box today, and it doesnt work... No power seems to be running to it at all. I dunno who you have test things, but I requested that someone TEST my "NEW" sub box, and I get shipped a broken one. How does this happen...comon Klipsch you're suposed to be a good name in the buisness stop giving me bum hardware. I dont ever know how THX put their name on these...sure they sound great when they work, but I would never put my name on something this faulty.
