Yammie's line is nice- I have the HTR 5460-(twin to the RXV620). It sounds very clean and clear- good imaging for HT! I dont have a big set up- 4 KSB 1.1's and a SC.5 center (no sub yet). check out this link for yamaha- http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/prodinfo.htm compare the features of the recievers- the HTR, and RXV lines are identical (except the RXV line is sold through audio-only stores, and the HTR is sold online and in other stores - i.e. SEARS , Best Buy etc.) for the money I think that they are a good deal. the RXV620/HTR5460 retails for $499. I would look for a store which sells klipsch speakers so you can get a good demo of how it will sound for you good luck ---j.

I am using the Yamaha HTR 5460 (identical model is the RX-V620). runs retail for $499. Amazing reciever- great natural stereo sound, crisp clear DD, and DTS- (sound like a Yamaha comercial 5 channel stereo mode,- Component and s video switching. 4 optical, 1 coax digital input really like this reciever, great sound! ---j.

Does anyone have an idea the differance between the KSB 3.1's, and the SB 3's? Locally I can only find the SB3's (I really like their sound!) But I have seen some good internet deals on the 3.1's. thanks --j.

Using Yamaha HTR 5460. Currently have a pair of KSB1.1's. A center SC-.5 and am using a pair of Boston acoustic bookshelfs for rears.(I do not have a sub yet). What do you think is better - I want to use the 1.1's for my rears, and am looking at either SB2 or SB3 for my mains. (maybe SF1's) do you think the SB3/SF1's would be too much for the SC-.5 center? I am thinking of using a Acoustic Research S300, Paradigm PDR10, or DefTech Prosub100 for my sub. I use th system 50/50 for music/HT. please give me some feedback!! thank you j.
