  1. speaker plate for front left and open plate for rear speaker wires were they go down into the basement
  2. That sounds like it could work I'll give it a try. I bought two hdmi plates I am trying to make things look as clean as possible
  3. Hey guys I having a tough time figure out how to run a couple of HDMI cables from my app to my tv any suggestions keeping in mind the tv is mounted above the fireplace. Thanks in advance

  5. Your shelving looks great. Do you have an adequate electrical suppy for your gear? I should be good on the power front. Also i have a monster power center to protect my equipment.

  7. I haven't been on the forum much lately, but I have a new place and some new gear and thought you guys and girls might like to see it come to life from the ground up. I welcome comments and suggestions.
  8. I have been using the Harman Kardon 3600 for about a year now i really enjoy it for both two channel music and ht. I find the hk sounds warm with my speakers with out sounding bright. All round its a great avr. I only have a few complaints my number one is the setup mic isn't very good. I have own both the 2600 and the 3600 i am a huge hk fan. The only think i don't recommend that has hk on the front is their blu ray player. If you can get a 3600 for around $500- $600 i would strongly recommend buying one.
  9. watch in vivid mode??? You need a ISF cali and once your TV has been calibrated to look its best you'll never go back to vivid
