  1. Hi; I just got a set of KP-250 II-B's. I just noticed that one tweeter horn is completely missing! I opened the good cab (removed the grill) to get a part number off it's small horn but I couldn't get the horn out to see it's numbers (assuming there are some). So, a few questions please: 1. Does anyone know the name/part-number for that tweeter horn? From the current issue spec sheet on the web site it seems to be either a K-792-KP or KP-66-E compression drive. My cabs are older issue, no handles or corner protect devices. The first two digits of the serial number is "96" -- does that mean 1996 manufacture? 2. How do you remove the horn through that small face plate opening? Does the horn separate from the transducer somehow? 3. Approximately how much would a complete replacement cost (horn/transducer combo)? Can you buy single tweeter horns or just pairs? 4. Anyone know of used Klipsch part sources? 5. Are there alternate brands that will fit that exact opening, and hopefully have similar specs? If a given reader can only answer one of the above questions that's fine with me. I'll appreciate any help. Thanks much
  2. Could anyone give an idea of a reasonalble real world price for a pair of used Klipsch KP-250 II's. i.e. Assuming they're in good condition. They're around $1600. a pair new. Thanks much
