hey guys, does anyone know if the ps2 can be used with the 5.1's. If so, how would you connect it to them? Also, if i were to watch dvd's on the ps2, would the sound still be 5.1 and the quality still be there. thanks in advance, Grub

I will be using the speakers for both music and movies. Mostly music though. The B&W system will be roughly a grand. How much are those bose that you are recommending?

Thanks for the replies guys those were very helpful. I've also been looking into some B&W 303 series speakers with a center channel and sub all from B&W. Are those comparable with the synergy or the quintet system from klipsch?

I currently need a speaker system for my apt. living room and am having a dilemma on what to purchase. I really want a klipsch system, but it seems out of my price range. I am deciding between either the klipsch promedia 5.1's or maybe the new sony dream system. I have a price range of 500-800 dollars for either a HT system or any system that can fill my apt. living room with quality sounds. What recommendations can you guys make? Thanks...
