will my sound blaster live! x-gamer. or will i need a different one? also, is there an upgrade or a trade-in that i can do to get the 5.1s or no? the new ones look sweet but i don't want to have to spend another 300 bux or whatever the cost is, i'm low on cash and thats not really an option. also, is there a reason why my sub seems to make a long thumping noise thats not bass related when i play games or watch movies. its like the driver is hitting the cage on the outside of the sub or something.

since i've had my promedia's 4.1 speakers, the sub control volume nob on the control pob has been very tight and hard to turn, i thought nothing of it. but as of late, the nob seems to have popped off and i can't turn the sub down. Now the nob seems to turn but tightly then it gets very loose and does nothing to the volume. Also the sub's driver on the left side if ur looking at it from the front seems to hit the cage on the outside and makes a thumping sound its rather annoying when listening to music or playing games. Is there a way i can fix this myself or will I need to send it back to the Klipsch to fix? i don't want to void my warrenty or anything if it hasn't already expired. thanks for the help
