  1. Hello Bill I have an outlaw 7125 amp with an outlaw 990 processor. They sound great, I was thinking it was because the horn handled almost the entire high end of the spectrum. Klipsch will not give me any specifications on the drivers. It could be the room, also. I had wf-35s in the front prior to this, and they sounded more rounded but with no bass. Not too midrangy, and good and clear on the highs. These rf83s are a great speaker. Lows are awesome, almost want to say that I do not need a subwoofer, but all music/movie content is different. Thanks for the welcome, regards, Jeff R
  2. Hello, I am new to these forums, I have a pair of rf83's, and to me they seem very bright and midrangy, I think because the horn is handling mostly all of the mids and highs above 1650(the xover freq). What could I do about making that a little higher and letting the 8" drivers handle a little more midrange? I see talk about an rf-7 mod - Is there anything that anyone knows about modding the rf83s? Who can I contact about doing the mods? Thanks to all, Jeff R
