SO the guy emailed back and said he would take 750.So I think I will email him back and tell him if he pulls all the monster wire out of the walls that we have a deal as long as when I get there, there arent any other issues.Thoughts should I take it or still pass for the additional $50

Okay well I stuck to my guns as far as $700 and he emailed back and said he couldnt go lower than $800.So as much as I wanted them I told at that price I could not and told him to have a happy thanksgiving.And thanked him for his time and so long.Damn I really did want those speakers.So i hope something else comes up that are in even better shape and cheaper.

Oh boy this guy is gonna wake up and have like 5 or 6 emails waiting for him.LOL I hope he doesnt flip out.

the only problem with that is that he works early mornings so he has been in bed for over 3 hours now.So he wont get this email until the morning anyways.So what price should I stick too and not go over on these.I am gonna offer $700 and he is asking $800.If he says no do I go up to $750 or no higher thanb $700???

I understand what you are saying for sure.If he agrees to price and I get there and they are not what he says then I leave empty handed hands down.I am hoping for good things here.

thats pretty funny the second link is the actual guy I am buying from and the picture of them. So $750 for a perfect pair.So should I say $650 and call it good ya think or is that too low

I gotta ya.I was going to email before I left and see what he says about the new offer.I wouldnt go there and then offer him less than we had talked. He does have the grills and they are in very good shape.And he said other than the dents is that they could use some pledge and then are ready to go

this is another picture of the first one.Notice that there is no indentation for where the grill meets or am I nuts. Or is it supposed to be like that.Am I just completely nuts or what

the weird thing is the 2 pictures are of the same set of speakers.I am not sure what is going on because it looks like the 2 have different grill cover holes and the one has a crease or something that looks like a crease for the grill???

I most definitley will let you know what I think. i am hoping for good things. As far as that goes I think the Integra dtr7.9 i have is 130 x 7 so will that be enough for RF7's.Also I think if the RF7's fall through(I hope not)I will go with the RF82ii setup and sell the free sw310 sub that comes in it and get 2 of the RW-12D subs from newegg.

Anyways I was actually more worried about the differences in the woofer sizes betwwen my current center and towers.Yeah the RF7's and RC7 are the same sizes. but what about the RF82 and RC62. Granted all new technology on both of the upgrades.But I do like the idea of the SW310($1050 retail) for free

That is the one thing with my current KLF C7 it also has dual 8" speakers for a center. SO here is kinda what I have been contemplating a bit is my current system versus the RF82 system KLF10 current fronts dual 10" woofers 150 watts RF82ii dual 8" woofers 150 watts RF7' dual 10" woofers 250 watts KLFC7 current center dual 8"woofers 150 watts RF62ii dual 6.5" woofers150 watts RC7 Dual 8"woofers 200 watts Now of course they are all 3 different and the KLF's are about 10 years old too
