  1. I know you are being helpful I was just playing of course. I would not mind the klipsch at all but if I can get a much better sub for slightly more that is where I am at
  2. I am sure it is. You are supposed to be helping here not making it harder LOL
  3. What are the chances that both of the subs I am looking at are both back ordered. Really Both are out till late late March and early April. I am too damn impatient for this LOL
  4. so the plan is which ever is in stock first between the hsu Vtf15 mk2 or the psa v1500 I will be buying and since they are basically the same price and pretty darn close in performance
  5. Okay so I re measured my living room. so it is 12' deep and 22' wide and opens up into a smallish kitchen I don't know if this changes thing but.
  6. Just because they sell speakers doesn't mean they know how to debug and repair electronics. Big difference. Even if they did they may not want to spend the effort. Yeah they could probably ship it off elsewhere to get it fixed, and they might never break even. Usually easier to just dump stuff at a discount. I sell trailers but if I had one that needed repairs, I sure ain't going to fix it assuming it is road safe. I'm going to discount it while disclosing it and let somebody looking for a deal grab it for cheap and fix it themselves. I may take a look into this one possibly. I looked up the specs and damn 18" with 1250 watts rms and down to 15hz. Could be interesting for sure
  7. That's funny. I seen that listing in Fort Collins too. I was hoping it wouldn't be too bad. But when a stereo shop doesn't want to fix it. I would think there might be further issues. I could be wrong but seems weird
  8. Sounds like a solid plan bud! We will see if it works out that way
  9. I wouldn't mind the klipsch 12" but needs to dig a bit deeper
  10. Well now I am thinking just going with 1 good sub that will not only work in my current room but also work in my new bigger living room when I finally move. So even though I am very very impatient I think I may go with the psa v1500 when it is back in stock for $1049 especially if it will keep up with the rythmik fv15hp
  11. How big exactly is the current place? I don't know how to describe it but the lopsidedness kind of sums it up. I feel like up high there is something about them that is directional like there is a box resonance that makes it boomy and you can tell where it is located. Regardless of the output, just one by itself wasn't really omnidirectional and all encapsulating. I felt like two that were spread apart smoothed this out. I don't feel that this was something that would be fixed had I had a much smaller room than my 15x20 one. Maybe the output down low would be better though. My living room is about 11x16
  12. Damn it I got ahold of psa and the v1500 is back ordered for a over 3 weeks
  13. The r115sw is getting pretty good reviews for sure and I can a pair of them for not too much more than the 1 psa v1500. But I have zero room currently for 2 of them and I do not want to try and stack them
  14. I am liking that psa v1500 alot. And the made in USA is,pretty nice too. I may pull the trigger on it soon
  15. Now I do like the looks of that psa v1500. I also like the rythmik but it is a little high for my blood currently
  16. Sorry to cause a mess guys I am glad other subs were mentioned and only because I said I would be okay spending 2 or 3 hundred more than originally budgeted
  17. I can up my budget up a couple 2 or 3 hundred if I am getting a much better sub
  18. I might have to up my price a bit and go with the pb12 plus but it seems like with only 1 hz lower than the pb2000 may not be worth the extra $$$. Although the amp is 800 watts rms and has 3 ports for tuning
  19. Damn it anyways. You guys, are, gonna force me to get 2 aren't you
  20. A second sub will not even fit in my current place. Now once I buy a house then yes for sure a 2nd one will be in order
  21. Well I suck at building anything so DIY is out. And I do like the fact of being able to trade in plus all the other bill of rights stuff
  22. Oh I see. So how big of a difference is that 260hz vs the 125hz is it really possible that the svs goes that much higher
